• Consult with the client to determine goals in initial design consultation

• Discuss budget and determine ways to stay within it

• Develop furniture layout plans and storyboards

• Use resources to find desired furniture, lighting, carpet and rugs, paint and wallcoverings, accessories and artwork

• Coordinate orders, shipments and deliveries

• Provide job-site supervision for installations
